At NeoLaptop, we are committed to providing our customers with 100% genuine and brand-new products. All laptops sold through our store are factory sealed and original.

To maintain product authenticity and protect our customers, items that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned or exchanged unless a valid issue is confirmed.

Because we sell only new products, we do not resell opened items to other customers as new. For this reason, once the factory seal of the laptop box has been opened, the product cannot be returned or exchanged without a legitimate reason.

Returns or exchanges may be accepted only in the following situations:

  • The product received is different from the item ordered.
  • The product has visible physical damage upon delivery (damaged box or packaging).
  • The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect before normal use.

Customers must report any of the above issues within 24 hours of receiving the order by contacting our support team and providing photos or relevant details.

If the laptop has been opened and the device has already been set up or activated, the manufacturer’s warranty policy will apply. In such cases, the product will be serviced, repaired, or replaced according to the official warranty terms provided by the brand or authorized service center.

NeoLaptop reserves the right to inspect the returned item before approving a return or exchange request.
